Bisdak Babbles

Perhaps some of you are wondering what “Bisdak” means. I’ve written an entry about this so if you’ve got some time, please take a look at: Understanding Bisdak.

This blog was previously called “Idle Moments” because I was mostly idle even on work days in the first few months in Japan.  Later on, I decided to change it to “Bisdak Babbles” because I usually write about almost anything that I want to share with everyone else.

Who am I?

I’m a Bisdak, a Filipino, who stayed in Japan for quite some time.  At present, I am working in Singapore. I’ve started this blog because I wanted something that would help me cope with homesickness. I also wanted to write about my experiences here in Japan, Singapore or any place where I’m destined to go to.

I think that blogging is the most convenient way of letting my friends know what’s going on in my life.  Also, I now have something to show to my grandparents in the future. Of course, this becomes something that woud remind me of what I’ve been through when I grow old!

Blogging is also one of the best way to meet great people all over the globe, including you! How about Facebook? Well, I do have a Facebook account but I find it too cluttered.
